1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing the Ideaz Technologies website, ordering hardware systems or replacement parts, downloading driver packages, or utilizing our customer support portal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and applicable Master Services Agreements (MSA) or Statements of Work (SOW) executed between Ideaz and your organization.
2. Hardware Sales & Quotes
Quotes generated through our catalog drawer are commercial estimates valid for 30 calendar days. Prices are denominated in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and exclude shipping and applicable provincial/federal sales taxes unless explicitly noted. Stock availability is updated on a best-effort basis.
3. Software Licensing & Downloads
Proprietary software downloads (including Solum and VisionCount installer builds) are subject to individual software licensing agreements. Redistribution, reverse engineering, decompilation, or unauthorized copying of Ideaz software is strictly prohibited under Canadian copyright law.
4. Support Services & SLAs
Technical support ticket response targets are determined by the customer's active service contract tier (Standard vs. Priority Emergency). Ideaz will make every reasonable operational effort to triage halted transaction lines during declared depot operating hours.
5. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
