Ideaz Technologies Inc. (“Ideaz”, “we”, “our”) respects your privacy and is committed to safeguarding the commercial and personal information entrusted to us. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information across our website, customer portals, and hardware deployment services in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and Alberta's Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA).
2. Scope & Information Collected
We collect information necessary to deliver technology services, provide customer support, ship replacement hardware, and authenticate software licenses. This includes contact details (names, email addresses, depot telephone numbers), site identifiers (contract numbers, license tokens), and diagnostic telemetry when submitted via our support ticket portal.
3. Operational Diagnostic Telemetry
Machine vision systems (such as VisionCount) operate on local edge-inference models. Video frames processed on-line are ephemeral and are not continuously transmitted to cloud storage. Audit snapshots are retained solely within your local station database unless deliberately attached to a diagnostic support ticket by your depot manager.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Ideaz does not sell, lease, or monetize customer data. Information is shared strictly with trusted logistics carriers (for hardware deliveries) and secure infrastructure providers operating within Canadian or North American data centers adhering to SOC2/ISO 27001 standards.
